The Vice-Chairperson of the Company shall assist the Chairperson in performing the latter’s duties and responsibilities. In particular, the Vice-Chairperson shall take an important role in monitoring the implementation of the Company’s strategies. During the period when the Chairperson is absent and the normal functions of the Chairperson cannot be carried out, the Vice-Chairperson will take the role as the acting Chairperson

The Vice-Chairperson (Planning/Marketing and Human Resource) of the Company shall assist the Chairperson in performing the latter’s duties and responsibilities related to Planning, Marketing, and HR. In particular, the Vice-Chairperson shall take an important role in monitoring the implementation of Planning, Marketing, and HR matters of the Company’s strategies. During the period when the Chairperson is absent and the normal functions of the Chairperson cannot be carried out, the Vice-Chairperson (Planning/Marketing and HR) will take the role as the acting Chairperson to deal with Planning/Marketing and Human Resources issues.
